Avondale House in Kingussie is a fine example of an Edwardian Scottish villa built in 1907 by Peter Alexander Cameron Mackenzie who was responsible for building many similar properties in Kingussie.
It has been a Kingussie guest house for many years and has recently undergone renovations by the previous owners, and ourselves, whereby Avondale House offers comfortable and tasteful accommodation to guests.
It sits in its own grounds with ample private car parking, yet is only a short pleasant walk into Kingussie town.
