Arden House is situated at the West End of Kingussie, within easy walking distance of the Town Centre with it's wide range of facilities. Set in it's own garden grounds with a large private car park , the house , which is built of local stone, is a lovely example of a Scottish Victorian Villa. It retains many period features and has been sympathetically refurbished and upgraded and now offers modern standards of comfort.
There are Five bedrooms including a ground floor en-suite (with bath and shower), a King-size Victorian Bedroom and a Four Poster Bedroom. The comfortable rooms are decorated to a high standard with television, DVD player, hospitality tray and radio alarm clock and offer those little home from home comforts.

Guests are welcome to come and go as they please during the day and have use of the garden area.
